About Londi - A true native Oregonian, Londi was born and raised in the Medford Rogue Valley (Alonda Francis), so her knowledge of the area is extensive. Before becoming a Real Estate Broker, she received a Business Management certificate from Trend Business school. Londi also sold and managed Health and Life Insurance, performed as a paralegal with the State Bar, became a Real Estate Agent with Century-21 for 2 years, and then worked at the Craterian Ginger Rogers Theater as the Office Manager for seven years which has been quite valuable to Realty, but Londi's true passion has always been Real Estate! She thoroughly enjoys every aspect of being a Real Estate Broker, and plans to continue her career through retirement. Sutton Homes Realty, LLC is the culmination of Londi's realty dreams. About Erik - An Oregonian since 1980, Erik was born in Indiana, where he was raised with an old-fashioned sense of family and ethics. His Father, Don Sutton, owned and operated a family construction business (Sutton Homes), recently retired. Erik attended college for engineering and created a hobby business constructing electric go-karts called EKO-Systems (Electric Kart of Oregon). Later, he successfully completed Real Estate Appraisal school, and shortly thereafter met and married Londi. His working background includes 4 years with Boise Cascade in the Software department, along with other computer, engineering and construction experience. Together, Erik and Londi bring a wide range of professional skills to the table, essential for creating the best customer experience possible for our clients, be they First-Time Homebuyers or REO Asset Managers. When we are not at work our family is our passion. We have 2 kids, Jennifer 21, and Mitchell 16. The rest of our family consists of our horses, Brego, Nocona, Katara and Sokuna (all adopted mustangs from Eastern Oregon. You can meet them below). We are all animal lovers and have 3 dogs, 2 cats, 1 bearded dragon, 3 betta fish, and 5 chickens. In our rare free time we love horse back riding, hiking, fishing, camping, and most of all traveling.
