Being a first time home buyer can be confusing, time consuming and at times difficult to understand the world of real estate. Very Patient, my wife and I were a bit picky. We settled with a HUD home do to the excellent deal, working with HUD was a little different. It was nice to have a real estate agent who has experience working with HUD. Very accommodating to our needs.
