What my clients are saying

I was in a position where circumstances led me to sell my house in a short sale. I contacted Londi Sutton of Sutton Home Realty and within a week my house was listed! I had beautiful colored flyers and a sign out front which truely showcased my home. After receiving offers I felt the mortgage company was dragging there heals. I contacted Londi and expressed my concerns. She dug in to the short sale rules, went back to the mortgage company armed with more knowledge which seemed to capture there attention! My house was sold shortly after. Londis listening skills, attention to detail, response time and customer service is that of strong recommendation! I have recommended and will continue to recommend and personally utilize Londi Sutton for any future realter needs! Thank you Sutton Homes Realty!

Being a first time home buyer can be confusing, time consuming and at times difficult to understand the world of real estate. Londi was our saving grace in helping us understand the market and she was very quick to respond to all of our questions. During our house shopping experience she would make sure we knew the pros and cons of each property, with the knowledge of knowing what we were looking for in a home. She really took care of us and would even call us after her normal hours just to send us an update on the property. When we were ready, she was already saddled in to take us along for the ride to buying our first home. Londi is professional, detailed oriented, kind, compassionate, flexible with schedules, a hard worker and she will have your back 100%. We highly recommend using Londi Sutton for any and all of your home buying needs.

I was working with two different realtors concurrently, one in Medford ( Londi Sutton) and one in Bend Oregon who I thought was OK, but Londi hands down was the most professional to deal with, quickest to respond and always available, friendly, respectful. When necessary she was tough and convincing in negotiations and her expertise and advice proved to be correct over and over. She is an expert in Southern Oregon realty. I don't think you will find a more dedicated and professional realtor in Oregon. I recommend her highly and without reservation.

We decided to sell our home in the San Francisco Bay Area after living our entire life there and settle in Southern Oregon after retirement. Londi Sutton helped us get acclimated to the unfamiliar-to-us environment and feel at home immediately thanks to her own personal knowledge of the entire area, and listening and understanding exactly what we were looking for. After deciding on a specific new home following her guidance, I knew we made the right choice in our decision to trust Londi to help us with our life-changing move. She was with us every step of the way as she helped by guiding us to a local home loan lender, to saving us money and making us feel welcome in our new neighborhood. Her negotiation skills with home sellers and quick responsiveness to any of our questions or concerns were admirable and I highly recommend her to anyone looking for a trustworthy professional to help them relocate to what has ultimately and most likely become our final destination. Thank you Londi!

Thanks for the wonderful Christmas card. You are too much. We really enjoy our new home. All of us. Betty, Coco and Cinnamon are very happy here. I keep waiting to miss San Francisco but it hasn’t happened! I think I will be waiting a very, very long time but it’s not going to happen. Thanks to you we made the great escape. I hope you and your family have a joyous holiday season.

I just wanted to take the opportunity to thank you for the great job you did in finding ... and purchasing ... my new home in Medford. It is never easy to get "a feel" for an area and be happy with the choice in the end. But that is exactly what happened to me. I also wanted to thank you for your never failing willingness to help me find answers to my questions and to help me solve my problems during and after the purchase. I would not hesitate to recommend you to friends or family for any Real Estate Services they might require.

Londi works exclusively as a buyers agent so represents buyers without any conflicting interests. She was very professional and helped us find the right property for our needs in a short period of time.

As an out-of-state buyer of acreage, I needed someone who was very good at understanding what we wanted and match to our needs as we didn't have much time to visit many properties. Londi fit the bill perfectly. Even before we met personally, we did most of our work together online and via email. Londi found the perfect piece of property for us that met all our requirements on which we built a beautiful custom home and ranch.

Our circumstances with buying a house were quite unique, but Londi came through in every way turning each hurdle into an accomplishment. There were times I would not have blamed her for throwing in the towel, but she would not give up and kept forging ahead. In the end we acquired the home we wanted so badly. Londi didn't just sell us a house, she helped us make a dream come true. Thank you Londi.

Very Patient, my wife and I were a bit picky. We settled with a HUD home do to the excellent deal, working with HUD was a little different. It was nice to have a real estate agent who has experience working with HUD. Very accommodating to our needs.

After first experimenting with an array of Oregon realtors, Lynn and I settled in to, who turned out to be, Londi & Erik at Sutton Homes Realty, a pleasant and abiding couple. These two realtors were both knowledgeable and productive in our search for a new home in Oregon. We would most assuredly trust and rely on this couple again. Thank You for your help.

Londi worked with us when we were buying a HUD home. The buying process for these homes can be very complicated and exhausting. We are very thankful that we had Londi to look after us and help us to get through this escrow process. Her knowledge was extensive, and greatly needed, as HUD homes have different criteria. There were many times that I felt that Londi really did go above and beyond the call of duty. I would highly recommend Londi's service.
